Here at the Balanced Mother Canine Center, we provide it all to those dogs usually turned away by others.
Boarding

Calm, structured boarding for dogs who may not thrive in traditional kennel environments. We specialize in working with dogs that other facilities may not accept due to behaviour or breed.
Daily

Structured daytime care in a calm, supervised environment designed to reinforce balanced behaviour, relaxation and routine.
Half Day

A shorter structured care option for dogs who benefit from calm social exposure, routine, exercise, and supervised downtime without a full-day stay. Ideal for gradual introductions, younger dogs, or dogs building confidence in new environments.

A focused one-on-one session at our facility to assess your dog’s behaviour, observe communication patterns, and develop a clear plan to restore balance through structure, leadership, and consistent routines.
In-Home Consultation

An in-home consultation allows us to observe your dog within their normal environment where behaviours most often occur. We provide practical guidance tailored to your household to help restore calm leadership and balance in daily life.

Rehabilitation Program
2 Weeks — $3,000
4 Weeks — $6,000
A structured residential program designed for dogs who need a behavioural reset. Through routine, calm leadership, and clear boundaries, dogs learn to settle their nervous systems and return to a calmer, more balanced state of mind.
Two weeks is typically the minimum recommended during the consultation process, with longer stays reserved for deeply dysregulated, traumatized, or highly reactive dogs.
Private Trail & Dog Park Access
Orientation Session
$100
A guided one-on-one introduction to our private walking trail and off-leash park. During this session we assess your dog’s behaviour, review safety expectations, and provide guidance on calm leadership, loose-leash walking, and balanced socialization before independent access is approved.
Walking Trail & Dog Park Booking
$25/hr
Access to our secure walking trail and off-leash park for approved clients following completion of the orientation session.
One-hour bookings allow dogs to explore, exercise, and practice balanced social behaviour in a safe and controlled environment.
Grooming
$100 – Initial Session
Grooming for the dogs nobody else wants on the table. We specialize in calm, structured grooming for anxious, reactive, shut-down, and hard-to-handle dogs who have been turned away, written off, or simply never taught how to tolerate being handled.
This is not a rushed salon appointment. It is patient, purposeful grooming built on trust, regulation, and clear handling-helping difficult dogs learn to settle, tolerate care, and feel safe in the process. Owners are often encouraged to stay and learn how to help their dog regulate while being groomed. After the initial session we recommend a few follow up (at a reduced rate), visits especially for nails.
